Wynne Construction worked in conjunction with Denbighshire County Council under the formalised partnering arrangement of the PPC 2000 form of contract.

The extensive construction works comprised the new build of two industrial units, a redevelopment scheme to transform a single storey building into five separate units and the alteration of a two storey building to provide two industrial units and office accommodation.

The scheme offered accommodation opportunities to start-up businesses and this proved to be of great benefit to the local economy.
