Working closely with Denbighshire County Council, we were charged with the development of industrial units and office accommodation on King’s Avenue, Prestatyn.

Due to its town centre location, the project required careful planning and coordination to avoid disruption to other local businesses and to ensure the safety of the general public.

We transformed a derelict site into a new two-storey unit and refurbished factory totalling approximately 6,000 sq. ft. with office space on the first floor. The new building was constructed using a steel frame structure and traditional cavity walls, insulated externally with a proprietary Sto render system. The roof consisted of a single ply membrane on structural metal decking. The modern office space was designed to satisfy the latest technical requirements and involved new heating and lighting systems and the installation of a new passenger lift.

A disused site has been replaced by an aesthetically pleasing structure, providing high quality serviced accommodation and modern manufacturing space.
