We worked under traditional contract with Denbighshire County Council to construct four new build industrial units.

Each unit provided 600m2 of space, including office accommodation. The external walls were of traditional masonry construction under an insulated composite metal roof supported by a portal steel frame. Associated works included drainage and hard and soft landscaping.
