The aim of our strategy is to have a standard approach to supply chain management across our business sectors. Our strong relationships with supply chain partners minimise risk and facilitate the delivery of high quality projects which meet programme and financial constraints.

By working with these partners and drawing together the necessary skills we are able to provide a total solution for our clients.

Through the Construct Wales programme, we have launched a supplier development programme and have engaged our key strategic suppliers in a construction best practice programme. This will ensure that the whole network is able to deliver improving performance in quality, cost and delivery on all our construction projects.

The programme was piloted on the construction of the £4m Community College in Rhyl. Individual workshops were held throughout the project and we maximised on the benefit of the involvement from the vice-principal and management team from the college.
