Pentref Addysg @ Glynllifon: Caernarfon
Wynne Construction was appointed by Coleg Llandrillo Cymru to build the new £6m teaching block at the Glynllifon campus of Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor.
Riverside Courtyard: University of Chester
Following the University of Chester's acquisition of the former County Hall in Chester, a number of key facilities were required prior to student occupation at the beginning of the new academic year in September. The University required two new extensions to be constructed within two separate and totally enclosed courtyards as well as the refurbishment of the central core area containing the existing catering facility.
Rhyl Sixth: Rhyl
Rhyl Sixth is a new sixth form facility built at the Rhyl Campus for Coleg Llandrillo. The design of the facility was undertaken by Capita Symonds.
Students Union: University of Chester
Wynne Construction was appointed as main contractor for this design and build scheme, to provide a new Students Union building at the main Chester Parkgate Road campus, replacing the 1960s-built De Bunsen building, which no longer provided enough facilities for the increasing number of students studying at the University.
Coleg Llandrillo Rhyl
The refurbishment of Coleg Llandrillo Rhyl, a substantial site of Coleg Llandrillo, serving the heart of Rhyl and its surrounding areas has provided Wynne Construction with one of its most ambitious projects to date.
