St David's Hospice: Llandudno
Wynne Construction has been awarded the latest development and refurbishment project by St David's Hospice of Llandudno. Funded through the Hospice's Helping Hands appeal, this project involves improving accommodation and facilities for the relatives, patients, visitors and staff to the hospice.
Blind Veterans UK: Llandudno Centre
The Blind Veterans UK (formerly St Dunstan's) project involved the complete renovation and alteration of the existing Grade II listed four-storey building and the construction of a new three-storey extension to provide 40 en-suite bedrooms, 14 care rooms and facilities including residential lounges, dining rooms, bar, gymnasium, therapy suites, craft rooms, workshops, new kitchens and administration offices. This initial work included a complete strip out of the building and extensive demolition to the ground floor areas to accommodate the new kitchens, dining facilities and workshops; with the installation of 20 tonnes of new structural steel supports.
Ysbyty Glan Clwyd: Bodelwyddan
Wynne Construction collaborated with Conwy & Denbighshire NHS Trust and its consultants to successfully install these new facilities.
Ysbyty Gwynedd: Bangor
This contract for the Outpatients Department was awarded by the North West Wales NHS Trust to provide a new outpatients department and refurbished facilities at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
