Bee and Station: Rhyl
Wynne Construction has been awarded the Bee and Station contract by Denbighshire County Council. The project involves the transformation of a derelict Grade II listed pub into 515m2 of new office space. The Bee is in a prominent location opposite the entrance to the town's railway station and is the first building people see when they arrive in Rhyl by train.
Kings Avenue: Prestatyn
Working closely with Denbighshire County Council, we were charged with the development of industrial units and office accommodation on King's Avenue, Prestatyn.
Cefndy Park Industrial Units: Rhyl
We worked under traditional contract with Denbighshire County Council to construct four new build industrial units.
