Construct Wales: Integration of our Supply Chain Network

Wynne Construction has recently commenced a suite of tailored workshops aimed to educate and promote best practice throughout its supply chain partners.

The workshops are jointly sponsored by Wynne Construction and Construct Wales, and aim to raise awareness and application of best practice techniques using the example project of Llandrillo College.

The key areas focused on in the workshops include: Partnering, Key Performance Indicators, Lean Construction, Practical Forward Planning, Managing Project Risks, Eliminating Site Wastes, Green Procurement.
