Health & Safety
Health and Safety is an integral part of our daily business and we are actively committed to minimising the incidence of accidents by continuous development, monitoring and training.
While recognising the importance of compliance with the full range of statutory obligations and duties, we take appropriate steps to meet, and in many cases exceed, these requirements.
We proactively evaluate and implement new methods and systems that ensure the compliance of all our sites. We have achieved CHAS Accreditation in recognition of our ability to demonstrate compliance and management of Health and Safety.
Wynne Construction holds Health and Safety as a core business value and is committed to creating an environment free of incidents and injuries. The company has introduced a new employee ZAC who stands for "Zero Accident Culture" and who will feature in the site Safety Booklet, on safety helmets, various posters and other company documentation.
We are immensely proud of our recent achievement in winning the prestigious Gold standard from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents. This award recognises Health and Safety excellence in the workplace and is crucial in the building industry.
It is also our practice to establish strong relationships with supply chain partners in order to minimise risk and improve the performance of all in relation to Health and Safety.
Wynne Construction has shown a commitment to protecting the health and well-being of its employees and others. Entering the RoSPA Awards reinforces the message that good health and safety is good for business, and clearly demonstrates an organisation's dedication to improving performance in this crucial area.
