Please read below a statement from our managing director, Chris Wynne.
"Yesterday (24th March 2020) we made the difficult and yet only possible option to temporarily shut down our operations. The decision to do so, was not an easy one given the many conflicting messages emerging from both the Government and various trade and industry bodies.
We nevertheless firmly believe we chose the right course of action: the safety and welfare all our staff, supply-chain and their extended families are of paramount importance, as is our moral obligation to save lives and stop the spread of this terrible Covid-19 virus.
While we do not know exactly what the short-term future may hold, we feel confident that we will emerge from this challenging time stronger than before in the knowledge that we did the right thing for everyone - our staff, supply chain, clients and of course the general public.
Please be assured that we will maintain communication with you and hopefully, in the course of the next few weeks we will be in a position to welcome you back to our projects to continue making your very valuable contribution to help us successfully deliver our schemes."
